Worked as a freelancer to write blog posts in the food section of the Brit + Co website, including recipe creation, styling and photography.
Also worked with the team in San Francisco as the Cookie Artist to create the Holiday Cookie Guide in 2017. This included brainstorming, executing ideas, baking and decorating cookies; as well as filming video tutorials with the Brit + Co videography team.
Digital social media content for the Chobani Flip launch in Australia. I created 2 fun & colourful stop motion videos to showcase the ingredients and flavours of the convenient new snack. A key message highlighted was 'Turn snacking upside down', which I executed in a captivating and creative way.
Dior asked me to answer the question 'What would you do for love?' in the form of a stop motion animation. This was my answer: 'For love, I would make sacrifices. Whether that is moving across the globe, taking the time to make their favourite meal, or giving up the last slice of pizza I have been eyeing!'
The goal of the campaign was to encourage others to spread the love, while raising money and awareness for the WE Charity - a charity that supports education and healthcare in developing countries; helping to break the cycle of poverty and child exploitation. From every Instagram post with the hashtag #DiorLoveChain, $1 was donated to the WE Charity.
For the release of DreamsWorks Koukou, a new range of DreamWorks characters that take on the cute form of dumplings; I was given the brief to make playful stop motion videos to highlight the collectible bite sized buddies. I went a step further and added in extra animation details to bring the videos to life.
I worked with Fanta to help announce the re-branding and changes of the company with 2 images and 1 stop motion animation. I was given a brief to create fruity, bold content, with the addition of vibrant colours. I put emphasis on the new logo, packaging, flavours, and the introduction of new products; adding a dash of quirk into the creative pieces.

The brief for Fuze Tea was to present different flavour combinations, inspired by the new range of fusions. I created a mesmerising stop motion animation, which was also a serving suggestion for that particular flavour. Additionally, I showcased the tea in vibrant and fun environments where the drink would be served.

I teamed up with Olympus to collaborate on a number of posts in 2017, from my trip to Japan with the OM-D E-M10 Mark II, to the launch of the OM-D E-M10 Mark III camera with a trip to Queenstown.
I intertwined my passions of baking and travelling, with the aim to integrate cookies into iconic backgrounds or landmarks in a unique and memorable way. I also made a stop motion video in my distinct style to promote the camera.

Worked with Roadshow on a social media campaign to promote the movie 'The Nut Job 2: Nutty by Nature'. This included a stop motion video, styled still shots, and a recipe tutorial to encourage others to get creative in the kitchen with the movie in mind.
To promote the competition #BringBackTheClassics on SBS food, I was asked to develop recipes for Australian classics with a multicultural twist. I came up with two asian inspired twists on my favourite childhood biscuits. Black Sesame & Yuzu Wagon Wheels, and Matcha & Red Bean Tim Tams. I also added a splash of my cute decorating style, encouraging people to get creative in the kitchen!

Working with one of my favourite childhood snack companies, I was given the brief to showcase their most iconic flavours in food art form. Adding a touch of my own style to bring the cookies to life, I steered towards a pop culture theme paired with vibrant colours.
Along with a few other creatives around the globe, I was invited to participate in kikki.K's 10 Year Anniversary cute diary collection campaign. Using my medium of cookie art, I re-created my own edible version of the 2017 special edition diary. My cookies were also on display in kikki.K's Chadstone store in Melbourne.
Leading up to Pancake Day and Easter, I demonstrated ways which fresh ingredients and pre-made pancake mix from Woolworths can be used. As a result, I created whimsical, festive and mouth watering imagery in celebration of Easter.
